EOS KSI Polska uses Kollecto to improve debt collections processes

Kollecto is an enterprise debt collection system, based on Capone Platform, that enables collection agencies to control, manage and automate all debt collection processes of the company.

1.    Since August 2009, EOS KSI Polska has started to use Kollecto as solution for all debt collection activities. What where the objectives you were expecting by implementing Kollecto?

Main objectives expected to result from this implementation were:
•    Improving performance of the debt collection by automating of the processes using time lines
•    Flexible designing of generated letters
•    Validation of data and matching debtors
•    High level of security
•    Cooperation with Call Centre
•    Possibility of local customisation: custom interface (custom actions), locally designed reports, locally designed letter variables, locally designed parts of screens (client forms)

2.    How was the solution adopted by the stakeholders? By this I mean management and end users?

The stakeholders identified as main benefits the following:
•    Implementation mechanism of cooperation with Call Center
•    Complex time lines where designed for different types of cases
•    Set of custom reports were prepared
•    Clean address data are kept in the system which makes possible to easy cooperate with different post provider and make possible to get discounts
•    Clean personal data kept in the system which makes possible to easy identify the same debtor that have many cases in the system

3.    How long was the implementation project? How did you work with Advantage Software Factory?

Implementation started in December 2008, going live was spitted to 3 steps: August 2009, December 2009 and February 2010. The constant contact with ASF team provides a sense of security

4.    How easy was to customize the solution at the specific needs of your company?

Polish Office received version of Kollecto implemented and used in 7 other offices. The most complicated goal was to implement mechanisms of migration data from the system used in Polish Office. The customizing of Kollecto system proceeded smoothly.

5.    How do you appreciate the collaboration with Advantage Software?

The impression is very positive. The ASF team is professional competent. Implemented solutions are delivered due to schedule.

6.    What are your plans for the future?

We are going to develop the system to cover growing requirements of our clients.
