Why did you choose the Support module from AnytimeCRM ?


Compared to other systems on the market, AnytimeCRM is very configurable for client flows, projects, categories, users, rights etc. Once you understand the principles on which it works, settings can be done even in-house. In the application you can build frameworks in order to cover the activities of any department that manages clients or that just requires to track a certain flow.
