Finansbank started to use Capone

After a 3.5 months of jointly implementation effort of Advantage Software Factory and Finansbank, the application enables an effective collections management with a superior level of control while cutting down the costs of collection processes.

From now on, the collection department will be able to define and manage flexible collection strategies based on letters, SMS, inbound and outbound both for consumer and corporate credit as the best way to increase bank's market share and reducing the bad debt.
