Advantage Software has launched at Crowne Plaza the first Romanian made CRM solution dedicated for the support departments.

Anytime CRM is a Customer Relationship Management system that helps the Customer Support departments achieve excellence in customer interaction, at all the touch points, while cutting down the operational costs.

The official launch was attended by potential customers from telco and banking and by implementation and technology partners.

The new product is based built on FAST framework , Java and Oracle and provides a complete set of features for customer support activities.
