Given the present economic environment, many companies try to optimize their collection strategies in an attempt to lower their operational costs. Working with collection agencies is an option used by organizations to complement the work of internal departments. As a result of these needs, we developed the Collection Agencies Module.

This new feature helps collection departments to easily manage the relationship with collection agencies and other third parties involved in the collection process. Now, you can control the process of sending the file batches flow and reduce the costs through process automation. Also, Collection Agencies Module keeps a historic view of client’s behavior for in-house collection and third parties.

Managing the cases sent to collection agencies or other external providers is possible by using a dedicated tool.

There are 4 different administration steps:

1. preselecting accounts in automatic or manual manner

2. creating case batches

3. managing file batches

4. uploading work results and feedback from the Collection Agencies or other external partners

The Collection Agencies Module is already implemented in three companies that are using Capone Banking. These companies have managed to significantly reduce the operational effort required to manage the relationship with collection agencies.
