What are the immediate advantages that you wanted to see after having implemented AnytimeCRM at Danubius Exim?

One of the most important advantages gained after having implemented AnytimeCRM was the fact that we are now able to offer banks an open and configurable platform, suitable to any flow, in which the bank’s cards support department can initialize install requests, service ore POS relocation. Thus we are able to offer personalized support flows - because each bank enforces a specific set of procedures, even if our services are seen as similar.

On the other hand, using the integrated reports system, we can evaluate our services’ results for the bank each month. With help from the workflow and web portal features, we offer the national service network the ability to geographically access cases from the respective region and to update information regarding specific cases, all in real time.
