Advantage Software has launched at Crowne Plaza the first Romanian made CRM solution dedicated for the support departments.
Anytime CRM is a Customer Relationship Management system that helps the Customer Support departments achieve excellence in customer interaction, at all the touch points, while cutting down the operational costs.
The official launch was attended by potential customers from telco and banking and by implementation and technology partners.

Advantage Software Factory has signed up a contract with EOS KSI regarding the implementation of the collection system developed by ASF in 8 countries where EOS has presence (Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Serbia) with the following tentative implementation timeline: Slovakia 2006 Greece, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary 2007 Serbia, Macedonia, Slovenia 2008 “This is an important step for us and a sign of maturity. After a 3.5 months of jointly implementation effort of Advantage Software Factory and Finansbank, the application enables an effective collections management with a superior level of control while cutting down the costs of collection processes.
