The first implementation in direct marketing industry of AnytimeCRM was succesfully finished on February 2008. The system will be used for the databases management, project tracking and management, campaign reporting and resources allocation.

Before using this solution processing information (for example the making of a database for direct mailing purposes) could last even a few days; right now the same process can be done in a few hours. Equally important is tracking down the efficiency of a campaign concerning assigned resources. And by that I mean the people involved in projects. Being an advertising agency, we’re paid according to performed work, budgeted as agency hours. Due to AnytimeCRM, now it is much easier to detail activities to clients, going as far as detailing people or days.”

04.02.2008 ASF to implement Capone Debt Collection at EOS – KSI Holland |

On February ASF and EOS – KSI Holland signed an agreement regarding the implementation of the debt collection software, Kollecto. The system is already used in the EOS – KSI international network in Romania, Greece, Slovakia.
The application enables an effective collections management with a superior level of control while cutting down the costs of collection processes. |

In December 2007, Capone, the number one romanian collection software, produced and developed by ASF, celebrated 5 year since the first implementation.
Capone was used for the first time by one of the largest companies in Romania, Vodafone. Now, this software is implemented in nine of the most dynamics companies in Romania, such as: Rompetrol Downstream, Credit Europe Bank Romania, ING Bank, EOS – KSI Romania, Millennium Bank, Unicredit Tiriac and in also in other European companies: EOS – KSI Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Credit Europe Ukraine. |

05.12.2007 Kollecto has entered in production at EOS Matrix Greece |

On December 2007, ASF and EOS Matrix Greece launched in production the collection system Kollecto. The application enables an effective collections management with a superior level of control while cutting down the costs of collection processes.
The Kollecto system was implemented already in the EOS-KSI international network in Romania, Hungary and Slovakia. |
