For me ASF is my first job! I have taken my diploma exam and then went straight to work!
From the beginning I have been impressed by the ASF team. All of them are professionals and I can always count on their support and guidance.
I found here a warm environment and I feel that my oppinion realy counts.
What is important for me is that ASF invests in people by training them constantly.
Right now, I am following the OCA/OCP certification track path.
I am very happy that I have been given the chance to learn, and I started my career working in projects for important clients as KSI and Finansbank.

I have been part of ASF almost from its beginning in 2001 and I am proud to have been part of most of the projects as a graphic designer.
I especially liked the fact that ASF invested in its human resources and so I have benefited from the Oracle Fundamentals and SQL courses.
I am currently a Graphic designer but working on improving my Oracle developer skills together with the team and facing real time response from the client.
I particularly enjoy the participative management style and the stability that ASF offers, along with the constant promoting procedure

I have started my collaboration with ASF in May 2004 on the Retail System project, which was something new for me at that time from many points of view and it proved a real challenge along the way.
I especially like the fact that I can be part of a custom development project, also something new to me with its quick shifting from one technology to another and from one business to another.
Another thing that I like is the fact that all ASF staff has a very strong technical background.
