General Manager

has been working with ASF since 2001, with a development path evolving from Senior Programmer to General Manager.

Having simplicity as a motto, I have been working together with our team to develop ASF into a leader on the Romanian business software market. The main assets of our company are its flexible teams trained and motivated to deliver high quality products and services, all having a common goal: to always build solutions that help our customers achieve their objectives.

My vision is to make ASF the number one player on the Romanian market for each business line that we have and also to grow our presence on the European market.

Marian Stirbescu
Sales & Marketing Manager

Marian graduated Electronics and Telecommunications in 1998 with a degree in Electronics and Software for Medical field. Since 1999 he worked for multinational companies like: Overseas, Interbrew and MobiFon where he gained an extensive knowledge of business areas like Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistics, Customer Care, Technology and Project Management. He joined Advantage Software Factory in February 2005 as head of Sales & Marketing and he is very determined to contribute to ASF growth effort.

Simona Pamblica
HR & Administration Manager

I have joined ASF in July 2004 and from the start I highly appreciated everyone’s respect for the customer and for the other members of the team.

In November 2005 I was nominated as HR & Administration Manager and since then ASF personnel has increased 3 times and I am glad that all of us managed to create and maintain a relaxed work environment, which recognizes efforts made and offers possibilities for development, where we trust and respect each other and we offer a flexible schedule.

I mostly value our team for the desire to learn new things and to apply them in the projects (thus innovating as often as possible), for the way the knowledge is passed on to the new members of the team and for its dedication to a job well done.

I emphasize on personal development and I encourage training; we offer courses and certification programs to develop our personnel skills. The most challenging objective I have is to keep everybody motivated by offering challenging projects and adequate training to sustain long term performance.

Collection Systems Manager

I have joined ASF in 2001 as an Oracle Developer and since May 2006 I’ve been appointed as Manager, responsible for all implementations of our Debt Collection Software dedicated to collection agencies.

I am successfully coordinating our team in implementing the Debt Collection application all across Europe.During implementations, with the help and passion of my team we patiently overcame all cultural differences between our clients and succeeded in delivering to each client the solution that best fit its needs. The recognition from our clients was worth while!

My objective is to improve the application to cover all the needs of a collection agency and to implement it in most European countries.
